This Is Our Shot Canada was a grassroots campaign initially launched by the South Asian COVID Task Force in April of 2021. The campaign aimed to rally Canadians to get the COVID-19 vaccine and replace vaccine hesitancy with vaccine confidence. ghostshop DESIGN provided pro-bono t-shirt design, graphic support, and two website designs.
The first stage of the campaign involved raising social awareness and getting the conversation going via a t-shirt campaign. In partnership with Entripy to print the shirts, ghostshop designed the t-shirt and supplied initial marketing graphics. A landing page was then designed which promoted the t-shirt/social media campaign while also providing information in the form of an FAQ which had been translated into over 20 languages by 19 to Zero.
The second stage of the campaign involved merging the This is Our Shot and #TogetherAgain campaigns and bringing on over 200 partners from corporate Canada, healthcare workers, and other grassroots organizations. With the merge came a redesign of the logo and website in partnership with Labatt and Relevant Bits. The website was then translated into over 30 languages. The redesign and translation was accomplished in just under 3 weeks.
